My order arrived damaged
This is very rare, but if it happens, we’ll fix it fast. Email us within 30 days with your order number and a description (or photo/video) of the damage, and we’ll send you a replacement or refund. You don’t need to send the product back.

I’m not happy with my order
If you’re a first-time Humantra customer and your order isn’t right for you, you’re covered under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Contact us within 30 days of delivery, share your order number and the issue, and we’ll arrange a refund for your first order.

There’s an issue with my product
If something’s wrong that doesn’t fall into the categories above, just reach out to us. Include your order number and details of the problem, and our team will do everything we can to make it right.
